While we were hoping to do some more testing and run a few more iterations as (or if) necessary, our recent build location move and other activities put a halt to that.
We have, however, received a lot of interest in the Cable Magic. As such, we are posting the CAD files for the latest revision, as they are. We are sure teams will find this useful, even if only as a starting point for other, similar parts.

We have the part in 3 different file formats;
3D Printing tips
We have printed this in both ABS and PLA and both work well. PLA is the favorite for this so far; it provides extra rigidity in the cable clips.
The top surface is rounded around all the holes to prevent the cables becoming worn or cut. However, watch the first layer for any spread that would cause a sharp edge at the very top – it may need to be smoothed down.
